Material density is one of the main factors affecting the stability and processing performance of a WPC door panel. Our high-density WPC raw material can reach approximately 1100 kg/m³ according to the confirmed formulation and specification.
Compared with low-density alternatives, a high-density formulation provides a stronger and more solid material structure. It supports improved resistance to deformation and reliable performance during cutting, drilling, profiling, assembly, transport and installation. When correct hardware reinforcement and installation methods are used, the dense structure also supports dependable fixing for hinges, locks and other door hardware.

WPC does not react to moisture in the same way as conventional wood-based materials. It is designed to resist water absorption, swelling, rotting and moisture-related deformation. The wood-plastic composite structure is much less attractive to termites and wood-boring insects than traditional timber. This property helps reduce maintenance requirements and supports a longer service life for finished doors in regions where insect damage is a frequent concern.
