Density and Structure Options

High density WPC material can improve the solid feel and compression performance of the door component. Our promotional range includes density options up to 1,100 kg/m³ where applicable. Density, wall thickness and internal profile should be confirmed together because they jointly affect weight, screw holding and finished door performance.

Custom Door Frame for Different Wall Thicknesses

The frame is not limited to one fixed depth. It can be produced according to the customer's finished wall thickness, helping the complete door set fit the opening more neatly and reducing excessive on site correction.

Information Needed Before Production

· Finished wall thickness, measured after plaster, tile, stone or wall panel installation.

· Door opening width and height, plus the required installation clearance.

· Opening direction, hinge side and whether the door pushes or pulls.

· Architrave type, width and whether both sides of the wall need trim.

· Skirting, wall panel or other finishes that may interfere with the architrave.

· Required lock, hinge and accessory specifications.

Recommended practice  Confirm one sample opening or approved shop drawing before mass production, especially when several wall thicknesses exist in one project.

Architrave Profiles and Sizes

Nine architrave profiles are available for different frame systems, wall conditions and design styles. Confirm the profile, width, return depth and finish together with the approved door frame before production.

Available profiles include L shaped, beveled and curved options. Custom colors and project quantities are available. Dimensions are shown in millimeters and should be reconfirmed on the approved order drawing.

WPC Door Design Collection

Choose from solid colors, grooved designs, French moulding, metal inlays, invisible doors, vision panels, shaped glass, assembled panels and louver configurations. Existing models can be selected from the catalogue, while project drawings can be evaluated for customization.

Design availability depends on the selected door structure, finish, glass, opening size and production requirements. Confirm the final model with an approved sample or drawing before mass production.

Colors and Surface Finishes

A wide range of solid colors and wood grain finishes is available. The final appearance can be selected from the current catalogue and coordinated across the door leaf, frame and architrave.

Color Confirmation Process

· Select the preliminary color from the current solid color or wood grain catalogue.

· For larger projects, confirm a physical sample because screen colors may differ from actual production.

· Confirm whether the frame and architrave use the same finish as the door leaf.

· Approve the final sample before mass production and retain it as the inspection reference.

Color availability may vary with surface film, finish process, order quantity and production schedule.

Hardware and Lock Options

Handles and locks can be selected to match the door style, finish and project budget. Black, silver and gold finishes are available in multiple designs, including round rosette and long plate configurations.

Hardware shown is optional. Final handle, lock body, cylinder, key system, hinges and accessories are subject to order confirmation.
